Celene’s Floral Designs guarantees your floral arrangements to arrive fresh and beautiful every time you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product quality upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional charge.
Our products are delivered by the customers requested date. If you have a particular time you wish the flowers to be delivered please contact a Celene’s Floral Designs representative in advance. To ensure that your arrangements and gifts arrive in a timely fashion, please check that all information entered on the order form is complete and accurate.
If you have floral arrangements going to apartments, hospitals, schools and companies, where a signature may be requested please furnish the room, office suite or apartment number.
It is important that any care and handling information is read and followed carefully. Care information is designed to supply your recipient with the ability to enhance the enjoyment of their flowers for as long as possible.
* This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information.
